Why use a HID Bi-Xenon Headlight Kit ?
* HID H4 Bi-Xenon moving bulb kit , 35 watt kit is plug and play no cutting of any wires, you will have to run a + wire back to the battery and connect the ground wire to a good grounding point, to operate the control harness. It can be put back to stock anytime. Install the new H4 bulb and mount the ballast and control box, plug 4 connectors in, run a pos. wire to your battery and connect the neg. wire to a good grounding point . Your bike must have a removable H4 Bulb found in most harleys 1980 to 2010.
* HID bulbs are 3 times brighter than halogen bulbs. Making your night riding much safer. You will also be able to see road markings and signs way sooner then with a stock halogen light.
* HID bulbs last 10 times longer than halogen bulbs because there is no filament to burn.
* HID bulbs have no filament to break due to vibrations and poor rough roads.
* HID moving bulb use less amperage 3.5 amps compared to 4.4 amps for stock Harley low beam halogen bulb. On high beam HID bulb still uses 3.5 amps because the bulb actually moves so amperage stays the same at 3.5 compared to stock Harley halogen at 5.2 amps.
* HID Bi-xenon kit uses a relay control harness making it easier on your bikes headlight switch, because the headlight switch now will only control the relay harness not the power for the headlight. The power for the headlight will now come direct from the fused HID + battery connection.
* HID Kits require 23,000 Volts which is provided by the ballast.
* HID bulbs produce less heat than halogen.

I only stock 4300k and 6000k they are the best choices for night riding. With this chart you can see the different color and light ratings. The 4300k bulb color is about the same as the stock Harley light but 3 times as bright. I use 6000k in my bikes and in my truck and they are amazing. They are very bright white with a slight blue tinge.
Color Temperature is a measurement in Degrees Kelvin (K) that indicates the hue of light source. There is a misconception that color temperature is a rating of the brightness
The truth is: The higher the color temperature, the less light output.
